Cancellation Policy

Fired Up Pottery – Private Party Policy Thank you for choosing Fired Up Pottery for your celebration! Please review our private party policy before booking. 1. Reservation Fee * A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required to secure your party date and time. * Your reservation is not confirmed until the fee is received. * This fee reserves the studio exclusively for your group and covers staffing and preparation. It is not applied toward pottery purchases unless otherwise specified. 2. Minimum Guest Requirement * Private parties require a minimum of 8 painters. * If fewer than 8 guests attend, the host is responsible for meeting the minimum or paying the difference. 3. Party Time * Private parties are scheduled for 2 hours unless otherwise arranged. * Please encourage guests to arrive on time. * We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. 4. Late Arrivals * Your reserved time begins at the scheduled start time. * Late arrivals do not extend the party end time. * Additional time may be available if the schedule allows. * Extra time is $50 per 30 minutes. 5. Pottery Selection & Payment * Pottery is paid for separately on the day of the event. * Prices vary by piece and include paints, glazing, and kiln firing. 6. Food & Drinks * Outside food and beverages are welcome. * Hosts are responsible for setup and cleanup. * Please confirm with the studio if bringing alcohol. 7. Decorations * Table decorations are welcome. * No glitter, confetti, nails, staples, open flames, or damaging materials. * Decorations must be removed before leaving. 8. Finished Pottery * Pottery is typically ready within 2–3 weeks. * Guests will be notified when pieces are ready. 9. Pickup Policy * Items must be picked up within 30 days of notification. * Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded due to limited storage. 10. Cancellations & Rescheduling * The reservation fee is non-refundable. * Parties may reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. 11. Damage * The host is responsible for any damage caused by guests. 12. Supervision * Children must be supervised at all times. * Staff provide instruction but do not supervise children. 13. Right to Refuse Service Fired Up Pottery reserves the right to end a party without refund if guests engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior. By paying the reservation fee, the host agrees to these policies.
