Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Fired Up Pottery for your celebration! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our party booking policies below. 1. Reservation & Deposit • A party is not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of $150 is paid. • Deposit reserves your date, time, and studio space. • Pottery pieces are paid the day of the event. 2. Party Duration • Party bookings include 2 hours of studio time. • Party is to begin at the time scheduled • Events that go over the reserved time will be charged at $25 per additional 15 minutes if scheduling allows. Otherwise, doors will open to the public once the 2 hours are done. • Additional time must be approved by staff. 3. Guest Count • Parties must have a minimum of 8 guests and allow up to 38 guests. • Guest count must be finalized the day of booking. • Last-minute additions may not always be accommodated. 4. Food & Decorations • Guests may bring food, birthday cake, and drinks unless otherwise specified. • No glitter, confetti, or pinatas allowed in the studio. • Decorations must ready for staff to set up. Staff is NOT responsible to put decorations together. Decorations must be removed at the end of the event. • Staff will help clean up but the host is responsible for disposing of bags, boxes, food containers, etc. 5. Studio Rules • Children must be supervised at all times by parents/guardians. • Studio equipment, tools, kilns, and staff-only areas are off-limits. • Any damage to studio property will be charged to the booking host. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Party deposits are only 20% refundable. • Rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 1 week before the event date. • Rescheduled parties are subject to studio availability. • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date will be eligible for a 20% refund. •Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled party date will not be eligible for a refund. 7. Finished Pottery Pick-Up • Pottery that requires firing will be ready for pick-up in 5 to 14 business days. • The studio will hold completed pottery for 30 days after notification. • Pottery left beyond 30 days is not guaranteed. 8. Arrival Time • Hosts may arrive 15 minutes before the party start time to set up. • Guests arriving early may be asked to wait until the party time begins. 9. Booking Acknowledgment By booking an event at Fired Up Pottery 14 LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all policies above.
